CORONAVIRUS STATEMENT

Hello everyone. The last couple of weeks have changed the entire world, literally. We are living in an unseen and unprecedented time. We have been closely monitoring the situation with COVID-19 as it has rapidly evolved, and we are doing our best to anticipate its impact on our clients and our staff.

On Sunday (March 8, 2020) the CDC (US Centers for Disease Control and Prevention ) recommended (not mandated) no gatherings of 50 people or more for the next eight weeks (March 8th to May 3rd, 2020). 

Since then locally (Texas) on March 19th the Governor has mandated no social gatherings of 10+ Starting on March 21, 2020 12am until April 3rd. 

To clients that have contracted FletchStop photography for services that has an event within the eight week period (March 8th to May 3rd, 2020) Please contact us to move your date. You may do so for a 1-time no fee. 

The dates that are available is June- August 2020. If you are looking to reschedule for a date that lands in September, October, November of 2020 some are not available for rescheduling as we already have weddings/event for most weekends. Contact us as soon as possible as dates might be taken up and change on a daily bases.

FletchStop Photography is taking all precautions to protect the health of our clients and team by maintaining the highest levels of personal cleanliness, frequent hand washing, usage of hand sanitizers. As this situation continues FletchStop employees and contractors will be wearing masks and gloves and will not be using social greetings as well as using social distancing for the safety of everyone. 

Post-production will continue as scheduled as our editing team is able to work remotely from home and edit your engagement/bridal portraits, wedding day images, and wedding videos. 

Wedding albums are put on hold as we look for another partner in delivering the quality we are looking for. For more information please contact us.
